Energy Management consultancy is an important and highly specialized activity that can significantly reduce an organization’s energy costs. It is a role that requires skills and experience an enables us to:
- Provide technical solutions based on the most recent technologies in the field of energy efficiency and renewable energy sources;
- Assist clients in buying energy from the energy markets, and provide consultancy regarding suppliers, prices, and contractual obligations;
- propose and assess solutions regarding the building envelope and systems to improve energy efficiency;
- assess the cost-benefit ratio of the investments to be made, payback times and internal and external financing and incentives;
- be familiar with contractual aspects for the purchase of services and supplies related to energy savings;
- understand the principles of company structure, budget and cost control, financial planning and project management
In our role as Energy Manager we assist organizations in developing an innovative management strategy regarding the energy efficiency in both services and facilities.
